Mandy’s Kitchen,the brain child of Mandy Hailpern, began as an extention of her heart and her intense desire to show love to others through food!

Our founder became a sales representative of the multi level marketing company, Pampered Chef but simply owning the “hardware” and selling it to others wasn’t enough, even working with the tools to create, bake, and cook delish dishes; even making use of a growing product line of recipes, seasonings, and sauces wasn’t enough!

The more she instructed others in the art, and worked side-by-side in her customer’s kitchens, the more Mandy saw a demand – an actual need – for help. Not just in the formulation of everyday household menus but the organization of client kitchens as well. They clamored for better and easier preparation methods, and common sense layouts of storage cabinets, pantry’s, refrigerators and freezers.

Mandy’s Kitchen was born.

As her work progressed, another necessary facet of service became obvious…Mandy began offering on-site meal planning, preparation and freezing for busy clients and often grocery shopping as well. Business boomed and more extensive personal chef duties were requested. Catering intimate parties and special occasions became popular too.  She extended her line of services to include cooking classes and teenage instructional birthday parties and Sweet 16’s with sweet concoctions made by guests became the rage.

Native-born Canadian, Mandy Hailpern, has long possessed a strong dual-country work ethic and an eclectic culinary palate which lends itself well to a passion for sharing love through cooking!

Born in Winnipeg Manitoba, her journey away from the bitter, double-digit below freezing temperatures, and into the arms of love, began in mid 1998. Continuously drawn into the realm of food service, specifically preparation and catering, Mandy hit the road, working her way through New Mexico, including a innkeeper & chef position at a cozy bed and breakfast, finding her way back to Denver where she was the head chef for Serendipi-tea Shop. Mandy settled down in what is now her home town and never lost sight of her dream of one day opening her own bed and breakfast. Unfortunately, that day was delayed, as Mandy has had to face many life challenges including battling breast cancer.

A survivor and determined to succeed at all cost, Mandy followed her entrepreneurship goals through Pampered Chef. Offering quality kitchen tools and food prep techniques while teaching others to cook appealed to her service oriented senses. Forming Mandy’s Kitchen as a service to assist her busy clientele with kitchen organization, meal prep, personal chef and catering tasks, she found her niche.

Also a member of the fast growing network of Team National, Mandy is today using her connections and business savvy to offer still another great food product to Denver metro area residents. In 2017, she has begun producing On-The-Go-Jars! Pint and quart sized mason jars filled with homemade and health conscious Breakfasts, Salads, Soups, Stews, Chilis and Desserts.

Mandy proudly shares, “These offer customers, who have very little time, an alternative to frozen and fast food. I prepare meals in bulk, make tweaks for any dietary concerns and deliver them to their door.”

Mandy has recently joined forces with Jerri George, thirty year catering veteran, in a collaborative effort to offer an ever expanded menu selections of Entrees and Sauces for On-The-Go-Jars and for catering for all size parties and events.
