Mandy’s Kitchen, the brainchild of Mandy Hailpern, began as an extension of her heart and her intense desire to show love to others through food!
As her work progressed, another necessary facet of service became obvious…Mandy’s Kitchen was born. Mandy began offering on-site meal planning, preparation and freezing for busy clients and often grocery shopping as well. Business boomed and more extensive personal chef duties were requested. Catering intimate parties and special occasions became popular too.
In 2017, she has begun producing On-The-Go-Jars! Pint and quart-sized Mason jars filled with homemade and health-conscious Breakfasts, Salads, Soups, Stews, Chilis and Desserts.
Mandy proudly shares, “These offer customers, who have very little time, an alternative to frozen and fast food. I prepare meals in bulk, make tweaks for any dietary concerns and deliver them to their door.”
